UPDATE 8/5/2013
Thanks to reader help and a lot of web surfing, it appears Idolina Peralez was Idolina Walker at KIFI Local News 8/KIDK in Southeastern Idaho, Southwestern Montana and Northwestern Wyoming.
According to her website, idowalker.com, while her on-air career only began a few years ago, Ido began her broadcast news career at KIFI as a news producer. Within a year, she was promoted to Managing Editor. To utilize her producing and knowledge of computer science, she accepted another promotion to be the station’s Digital Content Director.
She then learned the weather system and landed a job on the chroma key wall.
Peralez or Walker is graduating from the Broadcast Meteorology Program at Mississippi State University in August 2013 with a 4.0 GPA.
She originally received her Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University-Idaho. She minored in Information Systems because of her quick understanding and ease around technology.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to be back in Texas and closer to my family," Peralez told mikemcguff.com. "While it was a very, very long drive to get here, my husband and I are looking forward to exploring this amazing city, from the good eats to all the wonderful arts and entertainment Houston offers.
"I am also extremely excited to learn more about tropical weather, which is my favorite type of weather. I love the science of meteorology and have a passion for what I do. I hope Houston can see that with every weathercast."

Normally I have some biographical info right here for new on air Houston talent, but Peralez is untraceable on the Internet.
The only thing I could find was a mention that she was starting at KPRC on the station's Facebook page (her new KPRC FB page too with little info). She might also have been in McAllen, TX at one time. I tried Google, Bing and even Ask.
This either means KPRC hired her off the street or she changed her name upon arriving to Houston. So this post is an all-points bulletin (APB) to the media community for Peralez. Anyone have any info on her?
I contacted Peralez Sunday morning but have not heard back from her.
As for Mary Lee, she said her goodbyes Saturday as she heads to California. Hey Mary, if you see this, please let me know what your next job is!
