PICS: Anna-Megan Raley is the biggest Houston media turkey!

I finally know who the biggest turkey in the Houston media is after all of these months.

Drum roll is the Houston Chronicle/CBS Radio's Anna-Megan Raley! She won the Houston media turkey calling contest which took place last Saturday at the Houston Zoo (see photos of all the Houston media participants above).

As you probably know by now, I have teamed up with TXU Energy to help get the word out about its TXU Energy Turkey Trot benefiting Sheltering Arms Senior Services. The race takes place at Dillard’s near the Galleria on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2012.

Raley will have the opportunity to designate a public place to have a tree planted by TXU Energy and the Texas Trees Foundation.

She was up against:

Andy Cerota
Lily Jang
Casey Curry
Fox 26 KRIV
Natalie Bomke
Houston Press/KIAH 39
Craig Hlavaty
Todd Freed

If the name of the participant has a link - click on it to read an interview with them.

Cowboy Dave from 100.3 KILT was the emcee of the event.

  1. AMR is a terrible human being.

  2. Anna-Megan Raley is indeed the "biggest media turkey in Houston." I wonder how proud the Houston Chronicle and CBS radio are of their employee whom they have groomed and encouraged to be not only a turkey but a judgmental bully to other women.

  3. Agreed, that cheerleader is a goddess in comparison. At the risk of stooping to that level I will say that perhaps she feels her womanhood or beauty or whatever threatened by a successful cheerleader when she was unable to do the same. Anyway it seems she has disappeared in the digital world, good riddance

  4. 610 permits Innes to spew filth all the time including multiple tirades against women. Then it ignores Troglodyte Ted Johnson's hateful comments about Vince Wilfork's wife. And now they have one of the most unqualified hires in the history of media -- Raley -- continuing the carrying of the torch. Gavin Spittle got out at the right time after creating this sewer.
