Click2Houston.com reports Pastor Joel Osteen of Houston's Lakewood Church performed the wedding ceremony.
Shelby Hodge of culturemap was in attendance and gives a very detailed account of the ceremony.
Hodge reports some of the invited media types included NBC's Janet Shamlian, Frank Billingsley, Deborah Duncan, Rachel McNeil, Lauren Freeman and the retired Bob Nicholas. KPRC says Sachse's co-anchor Bill Balleza was there too.

The couple was originally going to have a Rome wedding, but abandoned those plans in January. In early May, the couple released their engagement photo.
The Sunday night after the ceremony, KPRC 2 put together a story about the big day and the ones leading up to it. We learn the rehearsal dinner was actually held at the KPRC 2 studios.
