Savannah Guthrie gets emotional after voice surgery

Savannah Guthrie returned to NBC's TODAY on January 23, 2026, after having vocal cord surgery.

"What I thought was just normal aging and wear and tear got much more noticeable, and this past year, much worse," Savannah told TODAY.
