KVUE Austin Daybreak morning anchor Hannah Rucker couldn't resist one of the kittens she encountered outside the studio before they were featured on the KVUE Midday's Pet of the Week Segment.
"I immediately connected with the little orange and white one because it reminded me of my childhood cat Lucky, and then I found out his brother also needed a home so here we are," Rucker said.
Rucker bestowed very Central Texas names on the two kitties: Bevo (the University of Texas mascot) and Bobby (in honor of her alma mater, the Texas State Bobcats).
