Caroline Brown made her return to the KPRC 2 weather department today after taking maternity leave.
"Honestly, I'm feeling really good," Brown told anchor Lisa Hernandez in a Facebook video. "I was so worried about it. But then I came back and I was like, shoot, I get to see all my best friends. I get to talk about the weather. It's hot. Spoiler alert. It's good. And my husband (Jack Chadderdon) has my baby today. So...our baby. But things are going great."
Brown gave birth to her baby son Jack Jr. (“JJ”) on February 20, 2025.
"This is such a beautiful photo," Hernandez told Brown about the photo below. "I never took a photo this pretty when I was a new mom. Caroline, you look gorgeous."
In other good news, Brown's fill-in meteorologist, Amanda Goluszka, has a new job with KOB 4 Eyewitness News Albuquerque, New Mexico.
