I've been following KPRC 2 evening anchor Keith Garvin's career long before he arrived in Houston, or before he was in Dallas-Fort Worth anchoring for CBS 11 KTVT (now called CBS News Texas).
In fact, I remember first watching Garvin as a correspondent for ABC News.
