FOX 4 KDFW Dallas-Fort Worth is adding a new 10 a.m. lifestyle show called "The Ten" with Hanna Battah and Steve Noviello to follow "Good Day" starting September 30, 2024.
UPDATE
FOX 4 KDFW "The Ten" debut delayed
In a promotional video dropped Wednesday afternoon for the new show, Battah and Noviello are featured as busy talking to each other with real-life producer Cassie Larsen attempting to give them cues for a live show. Any TV producers out there sympathize with this scenario in the control room?
This additional hour at 10 a.m. will deliver interviews with notable guests and trending stories of the day. The station says unpredictability and live interaction will be the cornerstone of the new show, centered around Battah and Noviello's entertaining chemistry and affection for local arts and pop culture.
With the local show daytime expansion, "LIVE with Kelly & Mark" moves to 11 a.m., "Sherri" to 1 p.m., and "Jennifer Hudson" will be seen at 2 p.m.
FOX 4 has been adding a lot of local programming as of late.
In July, Battah left the morning newscast to start a 4pm newscast.
In April, "Last Call With Steve Noviello" hit the airwaves of FOX 4 after a trial run on sister station KDFI 27.
KDFW is getting a new building in 2026, likely meaning even more room for local show production.
