Joey Horta joins FOX 2 KTVU San Francisco as a reporter from morning anchor with 25 News KXXV Waco-Temple-Killeen in October 2023.
Horta had been with KXXV since December 2020.
Prior to that, he was Public Information Officer for the Merced City School District.
Before his PIO work, Horta was a weekend anchor/reporter for KSEE 24 and quickly promoted to Morning/Noon Anchor/Reporter for sister station CBS 47 KGPE Fresno.
He previously was the 5pm anchor/reporter for CBS 4 News Rio Grande Valley KGBT and Morning/Noon Anchor/Reporter for KGNS News 8 Laredo.
The California State University, Stanislaus grad interned for ABC30 News KFSN Fresno and freelanced for the Merced SunStar.
