Sydney Dishon joined KCEN 6 Waco-Temple-Killeen as a multi-skilled journalist (MSJ) in January 2023.
The University of North Texas Summa Cum Laude Mayborn School of Journalism grad interned with CBS Austin KEYE.
Now as your favorite Texas media blogger, I have to point out that Sue Mayborn, who the UNT school is named after (along with her deceased husband Frank), owned KCEN until 2009. She is the editor and publisher of the Temple Daily Telegram and the Killeen Daily Herald.

While in school, the Houston-area native was an MMJ for student run North Texas Television.
