"The most amazing thing in the world happened tonight…SHE SAID YES," Thompson tweeted.
"I can’t wait to marry my best friend and man of my dreams," Paloma responded.
Unlike KLTV Tyler's married evening anchor team of Erika and Blake Holland, Thompson is the KTSM morning/noon anchor, while Paloma is the station's evening news anchor (she previously worked for KENS 5 San Antonio).
As blogged last year, the news couple is expecting a baby girl in April 2023.
