Sanders rejoined KCBD in August 2022. The fifth-generation Texan was previously with the Gray Television station from 2014 to 2019.
In between her times at the Lubbock TV station, Sanders worked for Gray sister-station KOLD News 13 Tucson, Arizona as an anchor/investigative reporter. While in Arizona, Sanders earned a Master of Legal Studies from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and an Edward R. Murrow Award.
The Texas Christian University grad also worked for KLTV 7 News Tyler as a multimedia journalist (MMJ)/reporter.
