Eric Pointer returned to Texas TV at KVUE Austin as a Daybreak morning newscast reporter in October 2022.
Natalie Haddad who started in April 2022 moved back to the KVUE 5 and 6pm evening newscasts.

"Lots of hard work, determination and 5 years later… here we are! Tomorrow I start as a reporter at KVUE!"
Pointer comes from a morning reporter role with Nexstar Media Group duo CBS4 WTTV Bloomington and FOX59 WXIN Indianapolis, Indiana where he had been since September 2020.
