Brenda Teele returned to KTBS 3 Shreveport, Louisiana, as an anchor on July 15, 2024, to anchor the 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts.
My Dallas-Fort Worth readers will recognize Teele from her anchor work with CBS11 DFW KTVT, WFAA 8's "Good Morning Texas" and NBC 5 DFW KXAS.
In between her time in Sherman and Dallas, besides non-TV news jobs, the Los Angeles native was an evening anchor/health reporter for KTBS 3 Shreveport, Louisiana.
The Howard University grad started her TV news career behind the scenes in Baltimore, WJLA 7 Washington, D.C. and KCAL 9 Los Angeles.
