Hank Cavagnaro is joining News 9 KWTV Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as a multi-media journalist (MMJ) supervisor and storytelling coach from KVUE Austin where he was also an MMJ.
Here is what Cavagnaro posted on Facebook:
"So long KVUE! Today was my last day at the station that’s felt like home for the last 4 years. Definitely not a move that I was planning on making but I have an awesome new opportunity for me and my family up in Oklahoma City!
I’m going to miss KVUE and Austin but am excited to be the MMJ supervisor and storytelling coach for KWTV - NEWS 9.
Thank you to KVUE, and all of Austin for trusting me to share some awesome stories while I’ve been here and I hope to share even more great stories from OKC!"
Cavagnaro joined KVUE in June 2018 from KFVS 12 Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
The University of Kansas grad worked for KUJH-TV while in school and interned with the San Diego Union Tribune.
