Janet Bolívar is joining Telemundo62 WWSI Philadelphia as weather anchor for Noticiero Telemundo62's 5pm, 6pm and 11pm newscasts.
Bolívar, who has been a weather anchor for Telemundo Houston KTMD since January 2019, will have her last H-Town broadcast April 6, 2022.

Dear family, after three years I say goodbye to my house: Telemundo Houston. I am very grateful for the opportunities this great city has given me and it has been an honor to work alongside my talented colleagues.
THANK YOU most of all to you, our audience (my family), who welcomed me with open arms and trusted me in this time. I'm off to Telemundo Philadelphia with a heart full of satisfaction for all I've accomplished and learned, as well as for your daily love. We continue with illusion and commitment! I love you so much, your friend Janet."

Before Houston, Bolívar was a weather anchor for Telemundo Arizona from 2016 to 2018.
The four time EMMY award winner Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Puerto Rico and a master's degree in International Communication from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico.
The San Juan, Puerto Rico born Bolívar is currently studying with Mississippi State University to earn a certification in meteorology.
