Adriana De Alba joins WFAA 8


Adriana De Alba has joined WFAA 8 Dallas - Fort Worth as a reporter. She was actually hired in the fall of 2021.

De Alba comes to North Texas from TEGNA sister-station ABC- 13News WVEC Hampton, Virginia where she was an anchor and general assignment reporter.

She previously worked for:

- Arizona PBS KAET Phoenix, AZ: Borderlands Reporter

- CBS 5 News KTVK Phoenix, AZ: Freelance News Writer/Assistant Producer

- CW61 KASW Phoenix, AZ: Reporter/Multimedia Journalist

The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication Arizona State University grad received both a Bachelor's and Master's in journalism.  

De Alba interned with 3TV/CBS 5 KTVK News Phoenix and CBS News New York.
