Mullur married Bryan Ashton in October 2020.
Before joining KEYE in 2014, the Plano raised University of Texas at Austin grad (Plan II Honors and Broadcast Journalism), anchored/reported for KDVR/KWGN Denver, Colorado.
The award-winning journalist also worked in such Texas television markets as an anchor/reporter for KFOX El Paso, and morning anchor/reporter/producer for KWES Midland/Odessa. Huma interned at FOX 7 KTBC Austin.
