Sydney Simone has joined CW39 KIAH's morning news as a news reporter/MMJ from KTAL 6 covering the Four States Region of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

"This is a true testament to YOUR journey is YOUR journey," Simone posted on Instagram. "After graduating in 2019, I didn't have a job. Moved to Atlanta for a few months to stay with family. I stepped out on faith when I left and moved to a small town in Texas called Texarkana. No family or friends in sight! Lol. But, it was one of the best decisions I've made. God... I see what you're doing! Lol."
The Purdue grad worked as a Big Ten Network BTN Student U sideline reporter and an anchor/reporter for Fast Track News.
She interned at WLFI 18 Lafayette, Indiana.
