Brooke Taylor, weekend anchor of ABC6 WLNE Rhode Island, joined abc13 KTRK Houston in July 2021.
"A life update and some bittersweet news- I will be leaving [ABC 6] this month after 2 years in this amazing state that has welcomed me and taught me so much," Taylor tweeted. "I’m soo excited to share what’s next & want to thank the community & everyone who has supported and helped me along the way!"
Taylor joined WLNE in July 2019 as a weekend anchor/producer/reporter.
Previously she worked for WETM Elmira, New York as a weekday evening anchor/reporter.
The New York City native is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
She said her dream is to return to Manhattan one day as a television journalist.
