FOX Carolina WHNS Greenville, SC meteorologist Isaac Williams announced he's heading to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas to work for NBC 23 KVEO Brownsville.

"Up next is the RGV of southern Texas where I’ll be Chief Meteorologist at KVEO-TV, NBC 23," Williams tweeted. "I can’t even begin to thank everyone here at FOX for helping me grow and be ready for this next step."
Williams joined FOX Carolina in February 2017.

Williams, who grew up in Tuscaloosa, earned graduated from the University of Alabama and earned his master's degree in geosciences from Mississippi State University.
