Fox 26 KRIV morning meteorologist Mike Iscovitz shared a scary story over Facebook concerning his dog:
Our fragile little 15 1/2 year old, blind and mostly deaf Sammy got out of the house and we didn’t notice. He somehow managed to walk four houses down, get through the fence and fall into their pool! Bella the chihuahua was the hero because she started barking like crazy and our neighbor was alert enough to look at the pool and saw Sammy sinking. She jumped in a saved him. We feel terrible because she is pretty upset about it, but who would have ever thought he could even find his way to a pool? Anyway, we’re taking extra good care of him now.
