Congrats to 104.1 KRBE and its big wins at the 2020 Worldwide Radio Summit Industry Awards.
KRBE took home "Station of the Year" award.
And Leslie Whittle, Vice President of Hot AC and 104.1 KRBE Program Director Cumulus Radio Station Group|Houston, won the "Station Programmer" award.

"Recognitions like this are made possible because we have the most amazing listeners on the planet! We're so honored to represent this great city and legendary station on a global level."
Whittle joined KRBE in 2000 as assistant program director from KHFI Austin where she had worked her way up to program director. She was named the KRBE program director in 2006. In 2019, she was promoted to Cumulus' vice president of Hot AC Formats for the company's nationwide stations.
As for KRBE, the legendary Houston radio station has recently taken home National Association of Broadcasters' (NAB) Marconi Radio Awards in 2017 and 2019.
In other 2020 Worldwide Radio Summit Industry Awards news, Entercom Communications won "Radio Company of the Year." Entercom owns several radio stations in Houston.
