“RMHC of Greater Houston/Galveston is pushing the boundaries for video and television innovation and creativity at a time when the industry is rapidly changing,” said Sabrina Dridje, Managing Director of the Telly Awards. “This award is a tribute to the talent and vision of its creators and a celebration of the diversity of work being made today for all screens.”

“Being honored with three awards by both the Telly Judging Council and the People for our first ever submission of this type is a spectacular honor,” said Tanya Gee Executive Director of RMHC of Greater Houston/Galveston. “Our Ronald McDonald Care Mobile video depicts so beautifully the day-to-day life on the two mobile medical and dental clinics. We wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team who envisioned and then spent numerous hours capturing and editing this heart-warming story and shared it with the world including Julye Newlin of Julye Newlin Productions, Karen LaFleur, Communications Director, and Kimberlyn Clarkson, Advancement Director. We would also like to thank our clinical partners Texas Children’s Hospital and UT Health School of Dentistry for allowing us to share with the world the tremendously caring and impactful work they do every day serving the children of our communities on the Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles. Finally, we would like to thank our Board of Directors, our founding mission partner McDonald’s, and all of the community members who give every day of their time, talent, and treasure to ensure that both Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles are reaching as many impoverished and underserved children as possible! We are all #BetterTogether.”
