It was a special day on KXXV 25's "Central Texas Living" as two former anchors returned to the studio for a reunion at the Waco, Temple and Killeen station.
Ray Peters helped sign on the station back in 1985 as a sports anchor, later moving to the main news anchor gig in the mid-1990s. "Central Texas Living" host and news anchor Ann Harder joined him behind the news desk right after his jump to news. Peters left to work in the medical field in 2001. He is now a senior physician liaison at Baylor Scott & White Health.
Former KTRK abc13 sports reporter Bruce Gietzen joined KXXV as an anchor along the side of Harder in 2003 until 2016. As I reported earlier this month, Gietzen is now serving as director of student publications at Baylor University.
Also name checked...former anchor Carlo Cecchetto who is now at
News 8 KFMB.
