Telemundo Houston continues to be Houston’s most-watched station at 10 PM

Telemundo Houston delivers the market's largest late news and primetime audiences, in any language, during the first half of 2017

KTMD continues to be Houston’s most-watched station at 10 PM, regardless of language, among key demographic groups over the past twelve months

HOUSTON, TX – (June 29, 2017) – Telemundo Houston / KTMD closed out the June 2017 survey period as the most-watched station in the market with “Noticiero Telemundo Houston a las 10 PM,” regardless of language, among Adults 18 to 49 and for the first six months of 2017. In addition, KTMD’s local late news continues to deliver more Adults 18 to 34 and Adults 18 to 49 over the past twelve months.

In Primetime, Telemundo Houston delivered the market’s largest Adult 18 to 49 and Adult 25 to 54 Spanish-Language audiences. Year-to-date, KTMD delivered more Adult 18 to 49 primetime viewers regardless of language.

Local Spanish-language late news viewers represented half of Houston’s total 10 PM local news Adult 18 to 49 audiences in June. Attributable to its audience delivery success, KTMD continues to be the only Spanish-language local television station in Houston that continues to deliver year-over-year audience growth during Primetime and at 10 PM among Adults 18 to 34, Adults 18 to 49 and Adults 25 to 54, year-to-date.
