iHeartMedia Houston names Devi Dev music director for 93.7 The Beat KQBT



Some big moves happening at 93.7 The Beat KQBT:

iHeartMedia Houston announced today that Devi Dev has been named Music Director for KQBT-FM 93.7 THE BEAT, Houston’s Real Hip-Hop and R&B, effective immediately. In addition, Devi will also host middays on THE BEAT from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. weekdays.

Devi is among the original air staff at THE BEAT since its launch in December 2013, previously hosting evenings. Prior to joining iHeartMedia Houston, Devi’s radio and music career began in Los Angeles as an On Air Personality and Music Director. Five years later, she segued to New York where she hosted MTV’s Hip Hop POV and co-hosted mornings on Sirius/XM’s Shade 45.
