Most recently, Anchondo served as Morning Anchor/Reporter for WXIN-TV in Indianapolis for the past three years. Prior to that, she was a Morning Anchor/Reporter for KOLD-TV in Tucson, AZ. Previously, she was Anchor/Reporter/Producer for KNDU/KNDO-TV in Kennewick, Washington and General Assignment Reporter for KQQQ-AM in Pullman, Washington. Anchondo began her career with an internship at FOX News Channel in New York and a summer fellowship at the International Radio & TV Society in New York.

A graduate of the University of Idaho, Anchondo holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Mass Communication.
