It appears a Houston resident will go for $1,000,000 on the FOX game show “PokerStars.net Million Dollar Challenge.” The show airs on FOX immediately following NFL games.
This Sunday evening, Houston resident Johnny Whitt faces off against Playboy Playmate of the Year Sara Jean Underwood in the opening round. Talk about a matchup. In the above clip I almost forgot to watch Whitt. Whitt, who is a semi-reitred machinist, holds is own against the Paris Hilton looking Underwood.
I often get annoyed at the character type that represents Houston on these types of show. And Whitt is a stereotypical Texan figure, but at least he has character and appears to win over the poker table and the audience.
The people behind the show won't tell me if Whitt beats the Playmate, but they don't have the best poker face so I get the vibe this won't be his only appearance.
