KIKK-AM becomes Talk 650

If you are a listener of 650 KIKK-AM then you might be asking where the whole CNN theme went. Well that is out the door along with Larry King. Now 650 KIKK is Talk 650.

I'm told the station has replaced CNN with a CBS news feed. That move makes sense because the station is owned by CBS. Another addition from the CBS family are features from Charles Osgood.

America in the Morning with Jim Bohannon (not from CBS I don't think) is running from sign on till 7am.

Since Houston talk shows have been become more and more prevalent on the station, the Talk 650 name is not really a surprise.
