Uncle Barky reports the Dallas district attorney's office has rejected a public lewdness charge against Brad Hawkins.
You will remember the former WFAA 8 anchor and current media spokesman for Southwest Airlines was arrested in April for the alleged conduct.
The Dallas Morning news reports police claimed Hawkins pulled an undercover officer's hand to his genital area through his clothing. If convicted, that would have been a Class A misdemeanor with a possible year in jail and fine.
Hawkins' attorney tells Barky the DA actually dismissed the charges in May, but only now has made it public.
