VIDEO: Nude man dances down fire ladder in Dallas

Last week drivers in Dallas got an eye full on John W. Carpenter Freeway near Stemmons Freeway. That's because a naked dude was on a billboard and when the Dallas Fire Department showed up to get him, he danced nude all the way down the ladder. Is there something in the Metroplex water?
