International House of Pancakes LLC is teaming up with Shriners Hospitals for Children to give away free buttermilk pancakes to Houstonians on Feb. 23.
Each guest at a participating IHOP restaurant who receives a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes is invited to make a donation to Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 pediatric hospitals throughout North America, including Houston, that provides all services free of charge. READ IT
