Lakeway police officers about 11 p.m. Friday arrested David Michael Torbi, who goes by David Scott anchoring KXAN’s weekend nightcasts, after finding Torbi’s car stuck in a drainage ditch near the 500 block of Lakeway Drive.
Police said the 56-year-old Torbi smelled of alcohol, was uncooperative and used profanity when he was approached, according to the arrest affidavit. READ THE REST
