New iPod Shuffle speaks

Dwight Silverman of the Houston Chronicle fills us in on the new $79 iPod Shuffle:

A new feature called VoiceOver speaks the names of songs, artists and playlists to you - very handy since, as with previous shuffles, there is no screen to display song information.

Oh, it also will speak to you when the battery is running low, which will happen after about 10 hours of usage. READ THE REST
