Austin drivers worse than Houston?

The Houston Business Journal is reporting on an Allstate Insurance Co. study that says Austin drivers are 35% more likely to be in an accident than the average American driver.  That puts Houston in the safer seat:

In fact, Houston drivers fared better than drivers in other major markets as well, as 23 percent more likely than the national average to be in an accident. Dallas-Fort Worth drivers have a 27 percent risk while San Antonio drivers are at 25 percent. READ THE REST
