In fact he just sent me a great iPhone tip to post for you:
Do you have an iPhone that was synced to your PC and now want to start syncing your iPhone to your Mac and transfer all of the calendar entries that had been made in the Outlook Calendar over to iCal? Or do you just want to make the leap from PC to MAC but worry about your Outlook Calendar you've spent years working on to accurately document your schedule? Well you can spend about $15.00 to $25.00 for the software for this potentially one-time operation or try this…Thanks Norm! To sync your Microsoft Outlook Calendar to your Google Calendar check out this…

After your Outlook Calendar had synced to your Google Calendar make sure your Google calendar is Public (for the time being at least.)
Go to this site

iCal should sync to your Google Calendar which was previously synced with your Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Update as necessary or keep the Google Calendar in iCal by saving the calendar in iCal and start managing your calendar in iCal.
If I can do this so can you.
