Urban Partners of Dallas has announced a handful of restaurants and bars that will open next year in the mixed-use project under construction at the southwest corner of Kirby and Westheimer.
They are: Cru, a Dallas wine bar and restaurant; Pie Bar, a gourmet pizza eatery; The Social House@West Ave, a gastropub; Swig, a martini bar out of San Antonio; and Wildfish, which will serve seafood and steaks.
The project is expected to have 390 apartments in five levels and 180,000 square feet of retail space on the first two floors. READ THE REST
