I've realized that the Texas Department of Transportation does not offer RSS feeds for the Houston area. Why not? Shouldn't they?
I think RSS users would like to get TxDOT road closure notices via XML feeds. I emailed them about this to let them know my thoughts.
The city of Houston has a new email service for neighborhoods, but I would also like to see RSS feeds for that too.
