If you drive down Weslayan through Houston's West U. neighborhood, you'll notice the house at 3936 Marlowe. In fact you really can't miss it. Why? Because it is sitting there unfinished in the same state, year after year.At first I didn't pay much attention to it. Then over the years you start to notice that this place never changes, it is always unfinished.
