Just when you think you're out, they keep sucking you back in.
The last TV show with my producing credit on it, Jeff on the Job, aired Sunday night. I wasn't involved with the actual show for the first time, but I produced most of the stories in it from my old TV days (those old days being about five months ago).
This was the third installment. If I had produced the show, I would have demanded Jeff wear 3-D glasses and we call it, Jeff on the Job 3-D, a la Jaws 3-D. Ratings gold baby. Who could resist that?
The show turned out well, but it's all TV web from here for me. Although with ideas like the 3-D glasses thing, someone will force me to do another show.
OK...maybe not.
Seriously, producing 30 minutes shows is a lot of fun. If the opportunity came up again, I would do it all over again (especially with Jeff Ehling or Michael Carl in my corner).
