I was pretty amazed when AT&T told me that they are offering a cell phone that can stream live video at the touch of a button. The service is called Video Share.
Immediately I thought of how this could change the way newsrooms deliver reports from the field. Imagine a reporter at a breaking news event. With a service like this, they could start transmitting live reports immediately. With a Bluetooth headset, the reporter could easily still talk to the anchors and point the camera at the action.
Of course there are a lot of other applications for consumers too.
