What's up with the old News 24 Houston building?

I posted about this nearly a year ago and now here is an update about the old News 24 Houston building on the Beltway. KTBU Channel 55 "The Tube" is moving in:

Privately held USFR Media Group purchased the property early last year when it was in the process of buying KTBU from Lakewood Church. The station still broadcasts the church's programming, in addition to a lineup of classic family shows and high school sports. News 24 Houston quit broadcasting in July 2004.

USFR Media Group employs 70 people including about 35 in Houston. Its America One network distributes programming to 170 affiliates nationwide. The group also publishes Cowboys & Indians, Western & English Today, and a magazine for the International Polo Club in Palm Beach.
