Three sports radio stations in Houston?

Can Houston support three sports radio stations? The Chron's David Barron asks the question:
We're about to find out. ESPN Radio's decision to end its affiliation with KBME (790 AM) as of January means Houston will have a third all-sports outlet to join KBME and KILT (610 AM).
Barron reports that either KNFC (97.5 FM) or KIOL (103.7 FM) could get ESPN radio.

UPDATE:
KFNC will become and ESPN station next year says the Chron:
Pat Fant, the longtime Houston radio executive who is Cumulus' Houston market manager, said the station will mix ESPN Radio programming with one or more local shows and, if the opportunity presents itself, local sports play-by-play.
