The four jurors that talked about the case for the first time are:They all believe Yates did not know drowning her five children was wrong because of postpartum psychosis. It took them 13 hours over the course of three days to reach that conclusion.
- Jacqueline Fowler, who is a certified pharmacy technician and full time college student, was the alternate juror,
- Bobby Chism, who works with computers.
- Jennifer Luna, an accountant.
- Gina Dickinson, who runs her own business.
"We had to sit there and look at the law, break it down word for word, line for line and make sure we were getting the punctuation correctly because that's how you comprehend it," said Dickinson.
