Is Houston ready for gelato stores on every corner?

Lee plans to have Houston's first Paciugo up and running by year's end.

"I have the master rights to the Houston market, and we have an agreement to open up 11 stores," he said.

"We're in the process of opening our first store on the corner of Buffalo Speedway
and Westpark."
