Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector Mike Sullivan is proud to announce that Jessica Holloway has joined his office. Ms. Holloway, an accomplished journalist, will be the new Outreach Manager.

“Jessica brings a wealth of experience and skill sets that will help advance the delivery of services to taxpayers. I have full faith in her and look forward to her being an important part of my leadership team," said Sullivan.
Holloway has worked more than 12 years in both television and radio, most recently with KTRK-TV in Houston. In addition, she is conversational in Spanish, which will benefit the office as it expands its outreach activities across Harris County.
"My goal has always been to come back to my hometown and serve my community. I strive for fairness, honesty and transparency in my work. I have extensive experience covering county government and politics. My experience will translate into a strong leadership role, ensuring citizens’ needs are given the utmost priority," said Holloway. Holloway earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
"Jessica’s major in communication and minor in business will serve her well in our office," according to Sullivan. "We have three distinct business units and are working year round with the public to help educate them about what we do. Her education and background are an absolute perfect fit for us," concluded Sullivan.
The Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office collects more than $5 billion in tax revenues, processes in excess of 4.5 million vehicular transactions annually and recently set an all-time record of 2.06 million registered voters. Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector Mike Sullivan also serves as the Harris County Voter Registrar, who conducts voter registration activities, maintains approved voters files and prepares a certified list of approved voters for each county precinct.
