33 KDAF says goodbye to newscast

Uncle Barky reports that CW 33 KDAF is picking Seth MacFarlane over Dallas-Fort Worth news:

CW33 news director David Duitch confirms that the Dallas-based station will be ending its 5:30 p.m. local newscast on May 10th, substituting repeats of Family Guy. READ THE REST

I guess that means this show is off the air?

  1. That's so strange. Aren't they in the middle of an HD transition? Maybe they're just cutting their losses until they can launch. All Tribune stations (mostly CW and some Fox) are going through huge capital investment despite being in bankruptcy... I wonder what their plan is...
