Gary Schneider has been named president and general manager at CBS-owned KTVT and KTXA. He'll report to CBS Television Stations President Peter Dunn.

Schneider has served as senior VP and station manager at the CBS-independent duopoly since August 2004, and was named general manager in December 2009, when Steve Mauldin was named president and general manager at KCBS-KCAL Los Angeles. Schneider joined CBS in 2002 as VP and general manager at KEYE Austin, which CBS owned at the time. READ THE REST
