Former Fox 26 anchor Anna Davlantes lands new gig

Phil Rosenthal of the Chicago Tribune reports that former Fox 26 KRIV anchor Anna Davlantes has a new gig. You might remember I reported back in July how she left NBC-owned WMAQ Channel 5 in Chicago.

Now she's back at Fox at owned and operated WFLD-Ch. 32 as a contributing anchor and reporter for the Fox-owned station's 9pm news:


Davlantes grew up in Chicago and earned degrees from Lane Tech and Northwestern University. After beginning her broadcast career at Chicago public television station WTTW-Ch. 11, she spent three years at Fox-owned KRIV in Houston before Channel 5 bosses Larry Wert and Frank Whittaker brought her back home.
